ABOUT THE FOUNDER​​
Lalithashri Shankar, the visionary behind Laalis Yoga Ghar, is passionate about making yoga amore accessible and understood. She has pursued an MBA in HR, authored two novels, and holds certification in Yoga Shastra from the prestigious Ayush Ministry of Yoga (YCB) and Swami Vivekananda School of Yoga.
